Day 507 Clean & Sober

Good morning!  My name is Lauren and I'm a grateful, recovering alcoholic/addict.  Everyone has something they can help someone with or to get through.  Something in common with, they can share.  Something they have gone through together, that they understand each other through.  For some it could be cancer, or a tornado, or drugs/alcohol.  We are all here on Earth living life, making it through another day, some just surviving.  We need to help one another. We all have something in common with one another.  I can't help everyone, and not everyone wants to be helped.  But my hand it held out for those that want it.  If I can help one person get or stay sober, or even just put a smile on their face.  If I can get one person to put down a drink just for today.  I feel I have done my job.  I want to help...I can't help everyone, but I can help you.  That's all I have for today.   Have a great one!
